2. Coverage:

  • This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance. It includes the repair or replacement of any defective components or the entire unit, at our discretion.

3. Exclusions:

  • The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, neglect, improper installation, or environmental factors beyond the specified operating conditions.

4. Claim Process:

  • In the event of a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team at warranty@datesmetron.com. Provide proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant supporting documentation.

5. Repair or Replacement:

  • Upon verification of a valid warranty claim, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective parts or the entire SLAM Lidar system.

6. Shipping Costs:

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product to our designated service center. We will cover the cost of return shipping for the repaired or replaced unit.

Installation and Mounting:

  • Follow the manufacturer’s guidelines for proper installation and mounting of the SLAM Lidar device.
  • Ensure that the Lidar is securely attached

Environmental Conditions:

  • Operate the SLAM Lidar within the specified environmental conditions provided by the manufacturer. Extreme temperatures, humidity, or exposure to harsh weather conditions can affect performance.
  • Protect the Lidar from dust, water, and other contaminants that might interfere with its sensors and optics.

Power Supply:

  • Use a stable and reliable power source that meets the device’s power requirements. Unstable power supply can lead to malfunctions or damage to the Lidar system.

Transportation:

  • When transporting the system, secure the Lidar to prevent physical damage. Use appropriate packaging or protective measures to cushion the device during transit.
